[CQ] DC 12 Toner run out of machine... Black faded on one side Prime toner

This DC 12 is driving me nuts... It appears the customer has run it out of toner on 3 colors including black... How can I prime black ?

This sounds like a weird problem, there is a toner reservoir so this doesn't happen.
The DC12 should stop working about 300 pages after it detects that toner has stopped falling out of the toner cartridge. there are a couple of augers before it reaches the Dev Housing.
Try first photocopying about 20 blank sheets of paper (put clean fresh white paper on the platen glass) photocopy about 20 of these blank sheets making sure the machine is in full color and not auto colour mode. It should then move the Dev carousel around and fill with toner without actually using any toner.
Failing that use PWS and run the K toner & developer parts in component control

Thanks so much for your help, The customer needed 3 of the 4 toners when I got there and I am assuming that is what was causing the fading on one side. A week or so ago I replaced the 2 BTR roller clutch to fix a similar problem where it was causing deletions LEF and now fading SEF customer thought was same problem and new secretary did not know copier was telling her to change the toner....

You've got to love end users, out job would be so much more boring without them!
