Workcenter 6505N Colors fine black really light... (Only 4200 copies on machine)
This customer has had this machine for over a year. I ran the toner refresh and image unit refresh. no change... I didn't run developer clean (didn't know what it meant)... Anybody seen this ?... Thanks so much for any help !!

Check the black toner cartridge. I have had a couple where the toner inside the cartridge was hard as a brick. If you open the shutter on the cartridge you can see chunks of toner blocking the opening.
