[Dead] Xerox 550 metered/non metered help!

    Hello guys!

My machine xerox 550 "Lovely machine" was purchased in full.
I can no longer keep up with the continuous increase of supplies here is the caribbean. $124,000JMD for 1 set of toners, very expensive!
So i went ahead and purchase lots and lots of genuine consumables online but what I wasn't expecting was that the machine wouldn't accept the consumables I have purchased.

I would appreciate if someone could give me some ideas or solutions.
    Thank you all in advance!!!!

As far as I know the only way is to contact Xerox. They will give you a key that converts it to sold/ metered what ever the case is. There is an NVM value to check and see what it's set-up as.

Yes you can check on tool if the contract is still active, after the contract ends the machine turns to sold, if you still have a contract with xerox service then they will supply you with a new pin, if not it automatically becomes a sold machine!and there is two nvms to check, 762-873 and 762-875, let me know the values and i can supply conversion chips, i supply them alot to my customers here in uk,

I really don't understand what tools you talking about nor NVMs, I purchased this machine in full cash here is the caribbean from PBS (Productive Business Solution) this company purchase machines from Xerox and then sell to us...They refuse to give me any information because they want us to purchase their consumables and all. So i want know if there is any other way i can get the information to access the so called tool?
