361.343.00 & 361.342.00 are Magenta laser faults, I typically see this after the laser is removed and not put back properly. Did you take it out recently?

The others are fairly easy to fixes.

well, recentely we purchased the machine, i think during shipping something moved inside.. so we do need to pull and re-install the magenta laser unit, right?
the another error codes are related to tray5, but do you know the specific failure of it?
      where can i download PWS?

Its the tray lift gear, and its really easy to replace.

Here's a video I made some time ago.

Hello! We have the WC7775 model, and we've been getting the 361.341.00 and 361.342.00 codes, so, what is the typical way to solve this errors, the technician tells us to substitute the C and M ROS unit or could we just disarm and uninstall and install the ROS unit, so is not put properly like you write, we're desperate, and we have serious doubts on buying a used ROS unit, whitout even know if this is the real problem, a malfunction, THANKS in advance for your advice, we've been searching everywhere, and your response is the most comprehensive until now!

Hey Robert, best to open up the machine and remove the laser. Visually inspect if all seems ok, and then re-assemble. Connecting the flat cables right is the most difficult part! Often a not 100% correctly connected flat cable is the culprit. Should the error remain, it's either the flat cable, or the laser unit, or the MCU PWB.

I have a spare M,Y laser unit should you need one, pm for details.

That's almost 90% certainly the black flat cable not connected correctly. It's a real pain in the *ss with these machines but you really have to try again.
