I'm having trouble setting up the scan to email service on a Xerox WorkCentre 7120. I already tried a couple of guides found on the Internet, but I still haven't found a solution.
The FW version is 71.24.03 (SPAR), I updated after reading that Gmail could encounter problems with the older version I had.
Everytime I try to send a email, the Xerox print a report error resulting in "completed with error (017-714): Smtp over ssl failed". I tried changing the SMTP port from 587 to 465, tried every available type of encryption with no luck.
Is there anyone who can help me with this?T
