5638 output face up Vs face down

Have a client that wants the output face down when using the platen glass. Anyone know how to program that?

Yes this is possible for the copies and prints to come out face down and in order.

This is for printing
In the printer properties > advanced > paper/output > output options > setup > face up
then labels will be in the top tray 1,2,3,4,5 face up.

I cant remember exactly but will do the best I can
Login in to machine thru Access. Type in username and password
Machine Status button (to the right of the control panel, should be bottom one)
Go to Tool
This is where it gets tricky as that model is slightly different on the screens.
Look for Contention Management or Output management/options

In there you can find it I just cant remember the exact verbage of the icons in that menu. Also keep in mind that if this is done with a finisher with Hole Punch it will have a conflict with hole punching on the wrong side

nothing in there for contention management or such. This machine does NOT have a print controller, only copy.
