700 Imaging error

I have a 700 DCP that when I print solids on 13x19 the trailing edge of the sheet the image isn't being transferred. Its like the 2nd BTR is disengaging to soon.

Is there a procedure that I cant find or a NVM value I can change?

Is it only on heavyweight? Might be paper touching the belt on the trail edge, if so there are nvms to reduce the buckle
