my problem is a print quality in xerox 8830

From the print sample, it looks like a blur running across the print from side to side. If this is in fact the case, the source of the problem depend whether this blur occurs near the lead or trail edge of the print. If lead edge, the most likely candidate is the fuser roller. If near the trail edge, then a cutter related problem is most likely.

Check the exit rollers, clean, and you can put more presure on the spring of passive one.

Need more info about your problem.
Is this blur near lead edge or trail edge.

If it is near lead edge check pressure belt in fuser assy.
