[Error Code] Xerox 4110 fault code 077-311

Xerox 4110 gives a error 077-311 which I cannot get rid of. So far I have replaced:

- IOT PWB
- MCU PWB
- AC power supply
- HVPS
- entire duplex drawer
- female connector (machine side) for duplex drawer

When running 077-016 (inverter motor) in component control, the motor runs, but does not stop. Which it should (according to service manual) when the inverter sensor detects.

Check:
machine 24 volts, front door interlock switch.
voltage from LVPS finisher power supply 24 Volts.
finisher left door interlock switch.

Thanks Adrian, it also gives the error with finisher disconnected. Is it front door interlock then?

Is it intermitent error or at start-up ?

Constantly at start-up.

Then check door interlock switch.
You can make shortcircuit over the switch pins.

Replaced front door interlock switch, but same problem. Damnit

Is the 24 volts tension ok ?
Check the sensor of the inverter release motor pl14.6 nr.4
Also remove the duple assy and check for bent pins in duplex connector.

Have already replaced the entire tray... Where is the best point to measure 24 volts?
