Green steak when printing in color on workcentre 7765

First thanks to all those that helped me solve my magenta problem. I just replaced the magenta developer unit and new developer. Machine finally prints again after a lot of time down. Now, when I print from the computer or glass, the black pages have a 2 inch green streak through them when printing in color mode. Printed in black and white, there is no problem. Obviously, one of the other colors is not printing in that streak. Is it one of the drums? They are at 86% remaining. Or a drum blade etc. Please give me your insight so I know where to look and thanks again

I don't really know anything about your Xerox, but I can tell you that if you have green, which is cyan and yellow, then you are missing magenta. I think that I might check the magenta mag brush and the magenta laser slit glass. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Run a sky shot in single color for each color. The color with the void streak will have either toner on the print head window or an obstruction on the mag roller.

Will do. And thanks, it makes sense. I will post tomorrow results. As I mentioned, new developer unit and developer. Perhaps the magnetic brush has yet to pick up enough toner or drum is not tight enough.

Could be that there is dirt or debris on the ROS unit glass that need to be cleaned off.
Is the streak more to one side of the paper than the other?
It is a common fault on xerox machines.

Print a full sheet out with 100% magenta box on it then do the same for Cyan, Yellow and Black. That will let you know which colour is wrong, as it appears from your description that it is a colour specific issue.

Well, there was enough magenta toner on the ROS unit to print a book. So, I carefully cleaned the ROS units. put the drawers back in including the belt drawer and started up the machine. Of course there was a fault and the machine would not print or copy. Errors are: 342.326.00 Belt home Position too long and 303.331 Communication fault with NC. I pulled the belt drawer out again to see if I had done something to it....but could not find anything wrong....what do you think? and how do I fix these faults? I searched for a way to run motor tests but could find none.
I really need this machine working...got a big job. any help would be appreciated

The 342-326 is usually a dirty transfer belt home position sensor or the patch on the belt is dirty or worn. If you get 3 consecutive codes you have to reset a NVM in the service mode to clear it.

A really big Thank You to all those giving me help on this machine. I was able to correct all the problems and have been running my big job. I am a Canon Tech, while these machines are all similar, not being familiar with a machine can drive you crazy. I hope to be able to help out others in the Forum with machines I am more familiar with.

I do have one more small problem with this machine. It is not recognizing the manual tray. I will be looking into this the next couple of days. Any ideas are appreciated.

The bypass tray is plugged in?

I just noticed your title: Does that green steak go with your green eggs and ham? =^..^=

Guess I should check and see if bypass has become unplugged...LOL
