Pls help me on error 117-325, on Xerox 550 and CE is not coming up and the machine seems hanging?

There is no 117-325 error.
It could be 116-325.

Can you post a picture of the error on screen?
Is it a black screen with red writing or the normal error screen with the error code in the corner?

Remove battery from ess nvm pwba for 2 minutes. Put it back and try again.
It is wonderful if you have a previously machine nvm's saving.
If so, try to restore it - dc351 and reload machine software.
If fault still exist after all, then you need to replace the ess nvm pwba module.

Dont remove battery, it will kill the metered pin and reset to default, it also kills the software on the pwb, you will most likely have to purchase a new nvm pwb

Wat am I going to do cuz, i hav remove d battery and d time hav reset to 2050 and the error still remains and is not shut down again! Pls help me out!

If you have same 117-325 error then you need to replace the ess nvm module.
The software is still into this module flash memory but the chip device is bad.
The error 117-325 point to the fact the electronic chip device is malfunctioning.
If another error is pop-up on the screen this can be a good thing.

I hav done dat, is showing error 124-315 pls Wat am I going to do next?

You need to do the gp4 procedure -serial number syncronization- using sys1 as the pwb with good data.
After that restart machine and check for others errors.

Read gp4 procedure from service manual
You will use the correct data from sys1 pwb as reference data for sys2

We dont talk here about PagePack option.
You need to restore some settings into ess nvm pwb.
You need to apply gp4 procedure as it is write into service manual
Do you have service manual for the machine ?
