[Error Code] WC6605 Controller Error 116324

Hi all,

I have been asked to look at an 6605v with a "controller Error 11634" I don't usually work on Xerox but a quick Google shows it could be a corrupt print job?

I have found the firmware from Xerox, I see this is available to end users, is this my best option to update this first?
