wc 7775 falult codes 347.310.00-377.909.00-342.326.00

these three fault codes came up on my WC i have disconnected the finisher then i just receive the 342.326 error I try to reset software that did not work I have tried to reset belt position but when i press 0 and hold for 5 sec then press start I dont get any response except it says "you must be in service pathway to press start" can anyone help?

Try turning it off and back on with the front door open. Then try to enter CE mode

Ok, sorry but the system does clear the error codes, but when i send print to it the system cycles up and then i get the error again 342.326 my belt long counter show 741-105 2 what else may be wrong

Hi there perhaps you could help me with one other thing- i have a finisher on this xerox 7775 prior to this error with the belt it gave me a communications error with the finisher so i disconnected the fisnisher are these two errors linked in any way if i reconnect the finisher will it cause a problem for the printer or is the communication error a sepertate issue- i would like to be able to use the finisher but not sure if it is a part or what that has gone bad thank you

Several things could be the problem. The most common would be the Finisher isn't properly connected or the connections are damaged. Other than that it's likely the Finisher PWB. Lastly the MCU on the 7775 is faulty.
