    The manuals said I don't need to purge it if I'm only going to replace the reservoir.
    I replaced the #4 print head because it was leaking on the lower head!

    With what I described to you does it sound like a reservoir issue? I added wax to the reservoir because it become low and still the same problem? I'm just going to replace the reservoir and go into dc976 and purge only the reservoir and that's it! Do you think I need anything else?

      .. the manual doesn't say anything about purging the reservoir if you're just replacing the reservoir. It just talks about doing the head-to-head adjustment

        The option for reservoir ink fault recovery exists for a reason. You don't just bang in a new pot and fire it up.
