Hi guys. Can someone help me with this? The story is this : i ran out of toner on this printer. Took the black toner from another printer, refilled it and put it back in. Now it gives me error code 093-926. The thing is : i can print test pages in service mode. They come out perfectly. After some nvram reset, the printer goes ready, i can see that the black cartridge is 100% then it says processing ( the startup page) then it goes again in error 093-926. Any ideas? Tried with 2 different chips : for 3k and 8k. The same.

From Xerox eureka tip - worth a try
It has been reported that the firmware does not correctly report errors
associated with toner cartridges. I am also assuming that the customer also
changed the yellow toner at the same time as black based on the
solution.
Install a new yellow toner. Once you do that, wait a few seconds for all of
the messages to reset. You should also see a Xerox Genguine Toner window pop up
for a second.
