Good day! The problem was discovered two months ago. The error window to replace weak batteries charge to NVM. The battery was changed to two boards NVM. The machine does not work. We ordered two boards NVM, we have changed. Nothing happened. Machine dead. Error PEM-22-3200, PEM-22-3155

Yes, the rap reads system communication problem, but if you read further, it states that the system software license has expired and is the cause of pem-22-3200.

Be sure the internal ethernet cable is pluged in ERI_1 and the customer ethernet cable is pluged in ERI_0.
Also watch CR33 and CR70 leds on registration control pwb. These must flicker. If they stays on then the distribution cable may be defective.
I presume you have the machine service manual.

Hello. Ethernet cable checked. Good. CR33 and CR70 no LEDs on the Board. The service manual I not have.

Wihtout service manual the better ideea is to place a call to xerox service.
It is not a easy to service machine.
cr33 & 70 is on REGISTRATION CONTROL electronic board.

Without service manual it's hard to do something.

City Stavropol, Russia.
NVM cards bought new (as advised by the service engineer). Software installed.

He is a xerox tech or all copiers tech ? He has the service manual ?
Are you sure you reload the licence string after loading software ?
Did you made a save of the config from machine ?

He is a xerox tech? Yes.
He has the service manual? Yes.
Are you sure you reload the licence string after loading software ? Yes. I have two licenses until 2017. One working, the other ordered the enter to the service mode.
Did you made a save of the config from machine ? No.
Print Modules 1 and 2 - Leds 33 and 70 do not burn.

Hello. My old Board NVM 960K73400, and send me a 960K25242. Put the old Board 960K73400 led indicators CR70, 33. Question? May not be suitable Board NVM to my car? Is it possible to recover my NVM?
