[Dead] Xerox WC 7345 Touch & Key panel Dead.

Hi
I have WC 7345 I am facing unit Touchscreen & keypad hang or Lock Problem
& no ping all machine sensor working perfectly and show on display eg. front door open/close, right door open /close.
This problem is happens from 3 - 4 days back but restarting machine its solved itself. But form today morning unit stuck in same problem screen is alive ( but no touch working ) Keypad is locked no ping response from machine.
Please help me.

Well, while we wait for the smarter people to show up, I have a couple of suggestions you may wish to check it time permits. For the "no ping" thing, if that happened all of a sudden without warning you might want to try turning the machine off and disconnecting it from everything and then just leaving it alone for a while, and then reconnecting it. Sometimes an electrical surge can cause the machine to act in unexpected and undesirable ways, and isolating the machine for a while can cause that to stop. As far as the unresponsive control panel goes, you may want to check for a key that is stuck down, or "things" caught just under the touch pad bezel. If one key is stuck down the machine will not accept any other commands from the control panel. Sorry if I got anything wrong here.
