Hello fren, may I know Wc5665 got one diskette located at rear cover machine.what it use for?? I really need know use for what?who can tell me in detail,pls.thanks

It is used to restore NVM settings in the event they become corrupted.

Ic,thanks a lot.what come out or what happen to machine if nvm corrupted? Any code sign out?

One things temp I can't solve is wc5665 always appear system unavailable do not shut down until machine shut down
.Sometime while turn on machine,pls wait self test in progress and then will restart.izit nvm corrupted or software problem? This problem make me crazy because can't solve.
Anyone can tell me or share me what I need to do? Thanks

Reload machine nvm\s using diskette you have.

Ic.if that may I know how to reload machine nvm using disket ? Can tell me in detail? Usually I previous got try chg the yellow bateri ( software module ),but results is only temp,after 1-2week ago same problem machine will auto restart and system unavailable again.
Machine nvm is save in where? Izit save in yellow bateri? Hope fren can tell me. Thank very much..

What is the machine software version and serial number ?
You need to use pws diagnostic tool - nvm save an restore and restore the files from that diskette.

Ic.but that diskket I think lose o missing already.can use another disket to restore ?
