[CQ] Xerox J75 Deletions

Xerox J75 Press having process direction deletions in the 3 colours ( cyan, magenta, yellow ).
Black prints okay. I have changed IBT belt, IBT belt cleaner, 2nd BTR, Fuser, and colour drums
but still cant get rid of these deletions. Even internal test prints have the defects.
The defects are visible on the IBT belt.

I have Attached the sample prints.

There is black plastic under black developer assy. Check it. Maybe it touch belt and make scratches.

Spot ON!!! XCOPYTECH. The black plastic under the black DV had toner clots at the bottom and they were touching the IBT belt.
I cleaned the bottom of the plastic properly and prints are okay now.
