    [Error Code] wc 7435..err 061-370.. how to fix it?

    when i check in Supply Screen all red ..no drum....no fuser...no belt .... no toner !!!
    what happen ???

    i cried cried and cried..

    need some one help me...

          hi all friend..
          i finished this by cleaning the drum unit and lph unit
          and then change the new drum..its all work !!!

              This error is related to lph head connectivity issue , please remove it and re assemble which would give you the resolution and if not resolved yet you have to check lph head by interchanging with other heads .. and replace the same . This error may also cause due to mcu board malfunction.
