[CQ] 7535 print quality issues on extra heavy weight sheet

hi everybody
im having a problem with my xerox 7535.
prints and copy on plain and heavyweight paper comes fine but on extra heavy weight sheet the copy is like desaturated and also magenta is missing. please suggest.

Can you post example picture? Also i assume you are changing the paper weight to XHW? What is the GSM of the heavier paper?
