Xerox Phaser 6600 and Office 2016

Morning folks,

Hopefully a quick one for someone.

One of my customers is having an issue with a strange print problem. When they are printing a document it is shrinking the image. Almost as though all the margins are doubling in size and squashing the image to fit. This only happens with printing from Office 2016. Office 2013, Wordpad etc. are all ok.

Any ideas please?

Sorted. Looks like a driver issue. Seems to be fixed with an updated driver as of 7/4/17

Looks like this issue isn't sorted. I was at the customers yesterday and they are still having the issue.

The firmware on the printer is on the latest version. The driver is the latest version. All Office 2016 updates have been applied.

Really scratching my head on this one now, another customer has tried this morning and everything works correctly. Confused.com.

It seems your at your wits end. Try giving the Dell C3760 drivers a try. Same printer. Slightly dumbed down firmware and different covers, but, the engine is the same printer. I've always wanted to give this a try, but, never had the chance to. It should work in theory.

That did the trick! The Dell driver worked perfectly. How bizarre.
