i have a xerox wc 5775 when i switch it on its just displaying xerox its not booting to come on i have tried to upgrade the software using the usb its not responding what could be the problem
Is there a hard drive in it? Last time i went out for this problem the client was trying to altboot a drive less unit. Many schools and the government will shred the drives pre-surplus.
