    I do find it weird that the belt would slip, as there are plastic stops kinda to both sides of that big gear that the belt goes on, did you place it correctly around the pully? and there are two screws that kinda places the toner joint assembly in the correct location, and then after you would kinda tighten the belt with the swivel like pully. make sure that is don't correctly, because it is really very hard for the belt to slip off if that is done.

      Yea i'm starting to think did i leave it slightly out of position when replacing the diriect pipe assembly, unless the gear with plastic stops is worn in some way.

      I'll need to just go through it again and double check everything.
