5638 Screen Dims, won't respond

Client says when machine sits idle for a while the screen goes dim, just a little backlight can be seen, then they can't get it to wake back up unless they unplug it and plug back in. Then it works fine until then next sleep cycle. Any ideas? I just replaced the touch screen thinking maybe it was going bad.

Have you tried reloading software

If you already tried replacing the LCD display, it could be the board that powers it.
