    7545 tick marks

Not sure what it is but on the op side on letter the client is getting two marks that look like the ends of a staple folded over. About 4 inches apart. Swapped drums and transfer roller. Pulled belt and it looks good. Shows up on bw and color. Be developer looks good also.

    Any ideas?

Have you printed a repeating defects page?

(These instructions are for a 7800 Series but I think it's the same for the 7545.)
To identify the part of the printer that is causing the problem, print the Repeating Defects page.
    1. At the control panel, press Machine Status, then touch Tools > Troubleshooting > Support Pages > Repeating Defects Page > Print.
    2. To identify the part responsible for the repeating spots or lines, follow the instructions on the Repeating Defects page.
    3. To correct the problem, replace the printer part identified on the Repeating Defects page.

I have seen it many times on a different series.
Clean the rollers under the belt.

I would look at the IBT cleaner assembly itself given that the length of distance between the marks is ~ 4", which is often mistaken at first glance as being a drum. The IBT rollers on this machine have a circumference considerably shorter than 4".
