    Please help to fix the problem XEROX WorkCentre 7655

    Streaks on the print black color
    Replace the components:
    1. black drum cartridge
    2. Charage Corotron
    3. Black Developer unit + Developer Black
    Streaks are still in black,
    photos of the fault are dropbox

        are saying you have changed all those items? when you have quality issues ALWAYS start with a good cleaning before replacing parts.

          I am getting this mark on every print, but on a different places of the page , any idea what could this be? its the mark right above my finger , looks like the letter T and A

          Also I am trying the replace the black drum as I am suspecting it is the problem, but whenever I put a new drum the printer gives me a drum error, though they are brand new , I put back the old drum the machine works fine but those marks.

          its the workcentre 7655.

          Any help will be greatly appreciated ?

            If you only get it once on a page and it doesn't repeat, then I'd suspect ITB.

              Please help . In the docucolor 252 printer, the black color does not match the other three colors in printing.

                Remove tray 5, then remove left side cover.
                Connevc tray 5 cable and check registration marks on belt.
                Maybe something is wrong with them
