Having a jamming issue with the MPT tray , the cassette works fine with all sizes of paper . When paper is fed from the MPT tray , sometimes it will feed a few pages fine , but then it will z-fold the paper before it reaches the imaging belt and finishes that page with the fold , no image inside the fold and then feed out one more page and stop . Tried to clean the dampening pad off on the solenoid of the original MPT unit , as they get sticky sometimes , this did not help . Ordered a refurbished MPT unit and replaced , seemed a little better but still Z-folds every 3 or 4 pages fed , Distributor is sending me another MPT unit , we will see if that does it . Any other ideas as to what may be the cause ?
