Xerox Work Center 7556 the transfer belt cleaner wont reset after replacement

Hi Guys,
I installed the new OEM cleaner unit. but the printout and LCD display that it is spent and doesn't reset. I looked closely at the unit and i see nothing as far as contacts, CRUM chip, or fuse.

I also went into supplies status and see nothing for resetting it.

I suppose? that this is a reset done in service mode? and if so, can someone refresh me on entering the service please?

Xerox used to be "hold 0" while turning on. i think the new ones are Press and hold 0 key for ten seconds then press Start. then the code i think is 6789, or ???

Any help will be appreciated.

Yes that is the procedure for entering diag mode.
Reset specific HFSI counter.
