I have a customer that has a Xerox WorkCentre 7545. The machine displays the home screen normally, on the top of the screen saying the machine is not available, and that an error has occurred and the machine needs to be shut off. No error code is displayed. However, when the customer goes to the web interface, an error code 04-561-00 is displayed in the warnings box.
In the service documentation I cannot find any 04 (or 904) RAPs at all, neither in searchlite. I'd be thankful for any suggestions.
