DC C6500 still getting error 042-325

Replaced main motor and am still getting the error.

It prints 3 or 4 sheets from tray 5 then a sheet gets stuck and produces the error. Put a new motor on tray 5 and still getting the error.

Anyone have any experience on how to fix this problem?

Check / replace front door interlock switch.
Also check the IBT reflective patch for dirt or worn.
