        funny how some users THINK the PWS is software or firmware type files.....

        A PWS is a Personal Work Station .. basically a LAPTOP with proprietary software used to diagnose problems and display the EDOCS (e manuals)

        it is ILLEGAL to share/sell a PWS to a non-xerox tech... and sharing/selling EDOCS is also illegal.
