the hdd of the docucolor 240 contains the ignition system of the machine?
my printer stops at the first steep and does not continue to load the system. you only operate the DFE and it does not give me the PWS network. another way to recharge the firmweare?

What mean 'first step' ?
The UI display start with some led's on ?
How many segment bar are displayed on touch screen ?

one segment bar are displayed on touch screen. only the DAFT and the fans work. the usb and network port does not work

Check voltages on control unit pwb - 3.3v 5v 12v 24v
Reseat the memory dimm - it can be defective.
Forced nvm initialization.
If dont work one of the dimm memory sure is defect or mfrom circuit defect - need to be replaced.

thanks Adriansto, I have the manual of the DC250 machine even though I have the 240 but I have seen that they are the same. Resetting the dimm memory is the ram?
I also have PWS. I wanted to tell you the printer system is part of the ESS PWB motherboard or is it installed on some other board? If you want, I can send you a video of what's going on

Read the sm and the components are at partlist 11.5 item 14 and 26. I said reseat - pull out the dimm from soket and put it back.
For ram reset use GP1 procedure.
For change components same PL11.5 item 14 , 16 and 26
