    Repeating image on WC7830

    Hi there!

    We have a WC7830 wich repeat white colored text at red(Bordo) background as negative black text. Infact it repeat everything white object as negative, inside the bordo background.
    Tomorrow I will post the image here, but if anyone have any idea please help !

    First check if the fuser rolls have ghosting image on them.

      I don't think it is fuser problem.

      It decreases on low resolution! BUT colors became different!
      It should be zoomed to see it.
      Drums a 70-90% life, but I changed them.No changes!

          i'd be looking at a developer charge/grounding issue... a fuser will not cause a negative image .

            The distance is 95mm, which is exactly diameter of the drum, but they are changed!

              Or fuser belt 94 mm lenght.
              Panic stop machine and check image on IBT. Suspect 2nd btr
              Also check unfused image on paper.
              Assuming you use original toners.
