Hi I have a Color C60 with NVM corrupted. And I don`t have a backup, c for this model,an you please help me. I need the NVM Access tool to save and restore from another machine. After a change of MCU Board some values changed and now it giving messages of error cartridges values of geographic setting and contract type changed. Thanks a lot

I got the NVM access & software Dowload Tool, I reloaded The SW 60.30.51 and restore The NVM values from another machine. after that the problem Cartrige error is still there.
the cause NVM 762-873 =256 (expected 12 for DMO) and 762-875=2(as expected for Sold) I Tried to change 762-873 to 12 but it says is a protected nvm value.
Does someone know how to change this value. to 12
The error cartridge is only when K1 or K2 is inserted, not for color cartridges.

Any help will be very appreciated

Yes, I Know that, but I was looking from someone else. A few days ago I read that someone was working on recover or reprogram NVMs values with arduino .But now has been impossible to find this post or treads about it.

It's old post about reading and writing eeprom from dc250 iot pwb.
Search for serial mismatch, 124-315 and dc250

Problem was solved by replacind a new toner cartridge (crump was corrupt)

Xerox service plan expired, you need to buy new toners (or chips on toner) or extend service plan.
