XEROX 7655 Comunication failure

    XEROX 7655 Comunication failure

    Hello. I occure problem with Xerox WorkCentre 7655. The machine show me this message "Comunication Failure

    After restart, machine ask for initialization, and after it reset counter to 0.
    Also, after close inspection, I figure out that machine have error 03-355
    (CCM POST failure NVM battery may be dead). I just dont know witch battery i need to replace, Jellow one or..?

      Yes you need to replace yellow battery and also you will need pws tool for the machine.

          Than you for information. I replace NVM battery, but I dont have PWS diagnostic for this machine.

          After i replace battery, the problems start, the machine print B&W copies just fine, but color are big problem, it have RGB stripes

          But when i print some of color test patterns, they are okey.

          Also i have 3x list for NVM valuse, can re enetering it solve this problem?
