    Not able to login Xerox Document Center 440 ST

    Hi,

    I've purchased a Reconditioned Xerox Document Center 440 ST.

    It was running fine untill the last day when it started displaying a login screen asking for User ID and Account ID. Now I didn't have any clue about this, i've tried logging with default password (#22222) as per the manual but no use.

    It has blocked all the features on display and no information on resetting the machine is given in the manual. And on typing any random information in that login screen it shows a message box stating something like waiting for 'Network Controller' etc.

    I've got stuck with that screen, unable to do anything. Please Help!

    The #22222 will get you in the USER SETTINGS and then you can go to USER ACCESS to change passwords . Maybe the previous user change that. Try the #11 to get in the test mode and see if there is a reset. I stop working on these machines several years ago and i don't remember how to reset it. If i found something i will let you know.
