hello to all, I need the docwater 240 of the docucolor 240. what I had installed is the following:
ESS 1.231.11
IOT 11.52.1
ITT_D 12.0.0
ADF 11.2.3

last week I bought a rom on the internet with the system
ESS 1.231.16
IOT 5.27.0
ITT_D 12.0.0
ADF 11.2.3
at the beginning the printer started but in billing machine it did not give me the IOT and Sys2 values.
I changed the country and since then stops at the second steep and does not make me go on the net via usb to redo the PWL diagnosis. now it gives me error code 116-321.

Remove then reinstall the ESS pwb battery.
Try special boot mode.
Try GP1 - hdd format

If all these not works then try to reinstall the latest machine firmware.

if you are an end user you cannot have rights to the Xerox tech portal...

maybe someone here can get it for you
