My WorkCentre 7855 is giving an error 345-375. Swopped MDM PWB and MCU-PF PWB with working machine, drums as well, but still the same error. Any idea what is could be? If I read out NVM location 749-001, as per service manual, I get value '7', which seems odd.

Re: Xerox WorkCentre 7855 345-375
I only now see all consumables show up as 100% and trays shows up empty while there is paper in it. So it does seem like a logic problem. -

Re: Xerox WorkCentre 7855 345-375
This is a tricky code as it is not defined as one specific LPH/Xolor. Try swapping 1 drum and power off - on and do that for all 4, 1by 1. Maybe as simple as crappy drum. If not read below. Best bet for this is to remove all 4 LPH and check to see any physical damage. Code states no communication between 1 or all 4 LPH. Not sure if you received
machine like this or this happened in the field. In the field I would look at electricity and where machine is plugged into. Should have it's own plug, no surge protectors with other things attached. Machine and finisher should be only one in plug. Check all connectors for LPH, unplug and reply checking for damage. There is no reset for this code. There is an LPH PWB that these connect into. Look on board for plugs J558, 559, 560, 561. Those are LPH PWB connectors. If you have access to Diagnostics go to dc131 and run 749-001 LPH Fail Color. Parts in order to replace. LPH Unit, LPH Cable assy, LPH PWB rear, MCU board. Try drums first then proceed next.
Hope this helpsComment

DC131 shows 5 or 7, neither of which are documented... I have the machine in my warehouse, so am pretty sure power is not the issue. I'll look into the LPH PWB's and wiring first thing tomorrow.Comment
