[Misc] xerox 7545 "replace black toner"

hi,
i have an xerox 7545 workcentre printer,showing message "replace black toner ".We changed black toner to new one ,tried with working toner from other machiene,cleaning done inside,Crum coupler changed ,firmware updated ,still same error.
nvi reset also done,one thing happening is after nvi reset,error will not show and supplies toner level also shows and 2 print will be success.Then again it will show error message.
hoping that someone will help me to resolve this error

what is page count on drums and developers? toner loads to dev unit then drum/belt

hi,
we changed dispense pipe ,still same error.
After nv ram reset its printing configuration pages and then after calibration same error occurs.

not new TONER but the toner density sensor in the DEVELOPMENT UNIT

The little gears that drive the toner dispense pipe can hairline crack, either on the actual toner dispense pipe or on the gearbox at the rear of the machine that drives it. Swap the gearbox with one of the other colours and see if the fault follows the gearbox
