    Xerox 700i with Fiery EX700i scan to SMB problem Windows 7

    I have a customer with a Windows 7 computer which he needs for specific software (he cannot upgrade to a new version).

    On a EX700i I have set up a scanning template which point to this Windows machine. It will connect with the credentials supplied. I know they are correct, and I get green light when checking the connection when setting up the template. When selecting the template on the 700i and making the scan it shows as successful in the completed jobs list, but the files do not show on on the network share.

    I have tried various searches but have not found anything really... Has anyone else had this problem?
