Re: Xerox Workcentre 4250 jams entrance Fuser
Phil B correct in order to properly diagnose problem it would be very helpful to have addtional information.
That being said, check the fuser exit sensor. It breaks easily when installing fuser, as well as sticking.
Good luckComment

Re: Xerox Workcentre 4250 jams entrance Fuser
I have checked the Fuser unit and turned drive by hand and found the pressure roller has a flat spot. The Fuser comes in the box with heat and pressure roller latched. This causes the pressure roller to become deformed! Can this be the cause of the motor stalling when Fuser rotates?Comment

Re: Xerox Workcentre 4250 jams entrance Fuser
If the fuser has a flat spot. It will take 10 mins to break open and replace the roller. 2 screws, 2 springs and viola its open. Exit sensor issues with allow paper to enter fuser just not exit or exit and give jam code. Flat spots as mentioned will give a "thumping" noise. Check to make sure transfer roller assy is secured in right hand door. What jam code do you get?
Hope this helpsComment
