    Xerox 5855 please wait

    Ok ran into the dreaded please wait screen. Did an altboot software upgrade and all seemed to go well and when it was all done it went back to the please wait screen! Is this a bad hdd?

      Seems it is.
      Have u tried replacement HDD, let us know.

          replaced controller and all good
