[Jamming] Xerox 5855 Jam In Print Engine - Error persists after clearing

I'm new to the Xerox 5855. Got a paper jam this AM, cleared the jam but the machine won't clear the error. Fault codes are 383.190.00, 310.101.00, and 310,120.00. Tried cycling power, checked the paper trays. Would really appreciate some help.

make sure to check duplex tray for jam as well as inverter exit sensor

Duplex tray is clear. Not sure where the inverter sensor is located. is it the optical sensor in the duplexer? That one's clear.
