[Dead] Error Code 03-565-00 in WC 7530

Greeting to All

I am getting error code 03-565-00 on WC 7530.

Let me brief you on history-

This is a second hand machine purchased from local dealer. Machine was tested for @500 copies / prints. After few days we installed at customer location & during installation machine gone offline. In Admin mode we made it online. Machine worked OK during whole installation process.

Next day in the morning it went again offline so advice customer to select online through Admin mode. We visited again & observed that we can ping to machine IP & also we can open machine portal through explorer but printer is always offline. We also observed that when we put machine OFF and then ON it goes OFFLINE. We de-select SNMP in printer driver as well as in machine protocol (also all other prot ocols which are not required including IP6).

Something went wrong & machine stopped receiving any print jobs even though we put that online through Admin. Ping & machine portal was OK.
We did Forced Altboot to resolve this problem and machine started working fine. We tested machine powering OFF & ON for several times.

Next day again machine went offline. So we replaced complete controller box KEEPING NVM CARD SAME FROM ORIGINAL BOX. Machine worked for one day.

Next day machine worked for few prints and then started giving message "DEVICE NOT AVAILABLE" on machine display with no error codes.
In machine portal it is displaying "error 03-565-00" we searched this code on net as well in service manual. We don't know where to start on this.

Any suggestions. Please help.

Just out of curiosity, Have you tried disconnecting network and only using it as a copier?

I realize this is not a solution, but could be useful for troubleshooting.

If it works fine as a copier with "NO" network cable attached. That would really help narrow done the problem area.

Thanks a lot for your response. YES it works fine as copier as only printer used to go OFFLINE.

But real problem today is That Code which has no reference / details in service manual.
Has anybody faced this code?

Team any suggestion / inputs are highly appreciated.

Please "REMOVE FAX CARD" and confirm it's removal.

Then try the machine agian.

Please take picture of the error code on the UI and post.
