Phaser 6350 streaking, repeating image

Have 1 in our office. Seems like the imaging unit just failed.

Also the transfer roller doesn't always get cleaned off.

It was also not adding black toner (did a motor test and you could hear a grinding type noise from the black unit. Like the auger was locked up or something).

I've added a toner holder with the motor on it and the tubing. The streaking was taking place before that then got way worse.

Was generic toner used at "ANY" time??

Once used it contaminates developer and can cause similar problems.

Only solution vacuum all toner from supply tubes and install new developers and genuine toners.

yes, this particular customer used nothing but generics in it. Maybe they got a bad one that ruined the developers. They decided to just cut their losses
and picked it up. Few years back they brought in a similar Xerox printer also used generics...forget what was wrong with that one but I think I had to take out
all the DV units and clean off the mirrors behind them.
