Print job stuck in processing

Hi all
Desperate to get this dcc450 going again. Got a small pdf file stuck in processing. tried turning off all power, disconnecting from network. Can't promote or delete through centreware, can't do anything through admin as says its printing a job.
Anyone come across this and is there an easy fix?

Got it.... 6 + Energy Saver + Stop keys on start-up (clear print cache) I had tried it early on obviously not correctly.
