[Misc] Fiery problem on docucolor 240

I have a printer xderox docucolor 240 buyilt in fiery v. 1.1. In copying and printing in black and white from cws prints are fine. from cws printing in color black does not exist and printing of black lines. (see photo). can someone help meimm1.jpgimm2.jpg? thank you.

I'd suspect the SCI cable between RIP and DC240. If that doesn't help it's probably the interface card in either Fiery or DC240.

Ok, it happens to me sometimes. I solve by sending the file as "print as image"
