It allows you to print certain number until restart, e.g. 4000 pages, then after the restart the number is reset.

I also have this problem, I was explained that is due to have put American firmware on EU machine.

The solution is to buy a new or used American NVR and replace your rest of the world one. They do not cost that much.

Hi, i resetted the machine for service reason and now i have this message displayed:
A supplies plan activation code must be entered soon.
Can someone help me? i havo no experience with xerox brand. Thank you.

I can provide you with the copy of firmware for sd card you need to clone it and insert in your machine and then insert formatted hard disk and install firmware for manual upgrade version 73.xxxx.xxxxx.xxx

BTW, I found there is new version which came out March this year 074.180.001.06000.

You can find it if you google for Xerox software spreadsheet.

It is American version though. So won't do anything. How do you know, yours is non-US? Why can't you share it via drive?

That guy from Nigeria who offers codes for $30 wrote somewhere that he contacted US support, told them he is from country without the xerox subsidiary and was sent code by email. I have not tried it. Please report if successful.

Also on another post I read that what you "need" is not a supply activation code but to turn supply plan off. You don't have a supply plan with Xerox.

My printer lets me print 4000 pages at a time without the activation so I am not desperately bothered. Just turn it off and on again to reset. It will lose some ink but what can you do if manufacturer has made it so?
