Xerox DC-C250 Image Print Problem/ROS

I am currently working on a Xerox DC-C250 Colour copier.

When copying in AUTO or FULL COLOUR the images comes out blurred and the colours washed out.

When we copy images in single colours, K & C, the top 1/4 of the page is blurred. The remaining 3/4 of the page is fine. When copying M & Y, the image is perfect.

I have tested and confirmed the following parts of the machine to be ok i.e; IIT, 4 drums, 4 developers, 4 developer rails, lift assembly and the IBT Assembly. There were no frame distortions.

I traced the problem down to the ROS assembly. When replacing with a known good ROS assembly, the images copied were all good, i.e the colour and sharpness.

Question: Can this ROS assembly be adjusted by DC 685 Max setup?? Unfortunatlely, during my training with Xerox, the trainer never showed us how to adjust the ROS.

Can anyone assist? URGENTLY need help.

I would suggest looking very closely at all the mirrors in the CK ROS assy. Some of them can be removed, but I wouldn't recommend adjusting them as this is a 'factory setup'.
I imagine that there is some residue on one of the mirrors or lenses - common to C and K.
There is no adjustment through MAX setup apart from the 'in/out setup'.
